The project involved the refurbishment of an existing office building and redundant basement in the centre of Norwich to create a state of the art Digital Hub. The finished building will appeal to small creative and digital companies who can collaborate and grow within the building. There are breakout areas, conference facilities and a café to assist with the development of a ‘new way’ of working together.
Oxbury are providing Project and Cost Management services from scheme inception to completion.
