James Oxbury

With approaching thirty years of experience in the company, James has been an instrumental leader since 2007. In September 2016, he was appointed Managing Director and is now ultimately responsible for the management of the Company. He continues to keep a direct involvement in projects throughout all locations. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, James is an invaluable asset to the team.

Sue Howes

As Co-Founder of Oxbury, Sue has been a fundamental part of the Company since its founding in 1989, having previously worked for architects and developers. With an extensive background in project management for new builds, refurbishments, and special projects, Sue has successfully delivered large-scale programmes within the affordable housing sector. Currently, she heads up the Norwich-based residential services for those in need of affordable housing solutions, supported housing and care schemes. Her expertise is unmatched in this field, making her a go-to choice for those looking to create a secure future, as well as for private developers.
