Training With Oxbury

At Oxbury, we boast a long history of training new surveyors as well as supporting our experienced staff in their ongoing development.  Whatever the stage of your career, you will find support and encouragement to reach your full potential at Oxbury.

Apprenticeships

Oxbury are firm supporters of Apprenticeships and we currently have several Trainees at various stages of their Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship at both Anglia Ruskin University and the University of Westminster.  We work in close collaboration with the Universities to provide structured practical training that complements the degree course.  Our Apprenticeship ends with the RICS Quantity Surveying Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and with our knowledgeable Supervisors and an APC Assessor on staff, you could become a Chartered Surveyor in as little as five years.  All our Apprentices have an assigned mentor from day one and receive full practical and financial support for their apprenticeship.

Achieve RICS Chartership

If you already hold a Quantity Surveying qualification or are qualified by experience and are keen to achieve your Chartership with the RICS, you’ll get all the support you need at Oxbury.  We have knowledgeable Supervisors and ‘in-house’ APC Assessors that boast an excellent track record of supporting success through the APC.  We’ll support you both financially and by providing the practical knowledge and experience to achieve Chartered status with the RICS.

Become an Expert

To help our employees become experts in their field, we also offer assistance to our staff developing their capabilities by supporting further post-graduate qualifications such as Masters degrees in subjects such as Construction Law or Construction Project Management.

Continuous Professional Development

We understand how important continuous professional development is and support all of our staff to keep their knowledge up to date and hone their expertise in areas that particularly interest them.  To this end, we encourage all of team to attend relevant seminars, workshops and build networks to widen the expertise and industry contacts.
