We are a professional service-driven Company and expect our staff to behave professionally and to treat each other and our clients with respect at all times. All our staff are treated as individuals and allowed the freedom to manage their own time and projects (although we do work within a structured project management process and operate a system of sign-offs and audits in order to meet client's requirements). All of our Directors are involved in the day to day running of the Company and are available to provide support and advice as and when required. Our Managing Director and Directors keep staff up-to-date with plans for the Company and are keen to listen to ideas and suggestions.
We are a friendly team and arrange regular social events for staff and clients: In recent years we've enjoyed Christmas meals, a trip to the pantomime, a treasure hunt around Norwich, drinks receptions, stand-up comedians, punting in Cambridge and ten-pin bowling. We recently enjoyed an open-air performance of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night as part of our 25th Anniversary Celebrations. We also enter teams in local sporting events and support various charity events throughout the year.

We currently have five Trainees, who we are sponsoring to complete Quantity Surveying degrees or post-graduate diplomas and a number of staff who are working towards completing their Assessment of Professional Competence to become Chartered Members of the RICS.
Oxbury operates from modern, comfortable, well equipped offices in Norwich (Thorpe St Andrew), Chelmsford (Springfield) and Cambridge (Histon). All our offices are on purpose-built business parks with easy access from main routes and free on-site parking.
