At Oxbury, we offer comprehensive support to a master planning team, we work with specialist master plan designers to programme, cashflow and cost up their ideas for our clients.
Often masterplans need careful consideration on the phasing of their delivery as the projects can be in construction for many years. We provide input into this process by providing detailed MS Project Programmes, with estimated cashflow costings and factoring in the fluctuating construction costs, utlising our own in-house cost data, but also sources such as BCIS.
We also take proactive approach to highlighting the potential challenges and risks in order to address them as soon as possible, with our own risk registers.
