James Oxbury
With approaching thirty years of experience in the company, James has been an instrumental leader since 2007. In September 2016, he was appointed Managing Director and is now ultimately responsible for the management of the Company. He continues to keep a direct involvement in projects throughout all locations. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise, James is an invaluable asset to the team.

Sue Howes
As Co-Founder of Oxbury, Sue has been a fundamental part of the Company since its founding in 1989, having previously worked for architects and developers. With an extensive background in project management for new builds, refurbishments, and special projects, Sue has successfully delivered large-scale programmes within the affordable housing sector. Currently, she heads up the Norwich-based residential services for those in need of affordable housing solutions, supported housing and care schemes. Her expertise is unmatched in this field, making her a go-to choice for those looking to create a secure future, as well as for private developers.

Tim Boucher
Tim joined the firm in August 2015 as a Director and has over 26 years of experience in the public and private sector. Specialising in commercial, industrial, private residential, and education projects, Tim has been vital in strengthening the commercial sector of the business. He works across all four office locations of our business, delivering results that exceed expectations. With his knowledge and expertise, Tim is proud of his achievements in helping to diversify the range of sectors we operate within.

Mark Watts
As a Chartered Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, Mark has been an invaluable member of the Firm since 2005. In January 2021, Mark was promoted to Director and now oversees the day-to-day operations of our Cambridge team. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of different sectors that will benefit the entire team, having successfully delivered a wide range of residential developments as well as projects within the commercial, industrial and care sectors.
