Planning Consent Granted in Horningsea

 
The project comprises the transformation of an existing agricultural barn into a modern, ‘net-zero’ office space alongside the construction of three new modern detached homes.
 
The office building aims to achieve ultra-high levels of sustainability by minimising energy consumption and carbon emissions through the construction process. The building has been designed by Stagg Architects with a fabric-first approach in mind, ensuring that it is highly insulated and naturally ventilated. The orientation of the building has also been carefully considered in relation to the size and distribution of glazing to balance good daylighting with the risk of overheating, resulting in a building with very low energy consumption.
 
Once completed, the office will become This Land's new home, whilst the three new homes, designed by architects DesignFUSE, will be available to purchase on the open market.
