We had the pleasure of acting as Monitoring Surveyor for the Funder, Hampshire Trust Bank.
Our role involved reporting on progress, technical issues, changes, and costs throughout the course of the project. We’d carry out regular site inspections and provide monthly reports, monitoring the progress and performance of the development against the loan facility.
The scheme is situated off Yaxham Road, Dereham and comprises 5 Nr. new build detached dwellings, including associated external works and services. The properties are all chalet style bungalows.
