Shernbroke Road, Waltham Abbey: Successful Practical Completion

The Shernbroke Road development is located on the site of the former Shernbroke Hostel facility. Before its closure in 2018, the hostel was operating well below capacity, and the building had exceeded its useful life. This new development breathes new life into the area, providing much-needed modern housing while catering to diverse community needs.
