Project Overview

Since the project commenced in November 2022, significant strides have been made toward the targeted completion date in April 2024. Here's a brief overview of what we've accomplished so far:

Key Milestones

In November 2022, the project initiation and groundwork commenced. By early 2023, the foundation work for the initial phase of homes was completed. In mid-2023, structural framing and roofing were underway. By late 2023, interior works, including plumbing and electrical installations, began.

Progress Highlights

The 20 properties designated for open market sale are well on their way. Each home is being constructed with the highest standards of quality and sustainability in mind. The 3 shared ownership units are designed to provide affordable housing options without compromising on quality. These homes are progressing in tandem with the open market units.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance

Working alongside FW Properties Ltd and Abode Construction (EA) Limited has been a seamless and productive experience. Our role in fund monitoring ensures that the financial aspects of the project are meticulously managed, providing peace of mind to Pluto Finance and all stakeholders involved.

What’s Next?

As we move forward into 2024, the focus will shift to completing the interior finishes, landscaping, and final touches that will make these houses into homes. Regular updates will continue to be provided as we approach the project’s culmination.
