Planning permission secured for major new community hub in Clacton-on-Sea

Oxbury Chartered Surveyors are proud to be providing project management services for a major new community hub in Clacton-on-Sea, led by Essex Housing and are pleased to confirm the project has secured planning approval.

This ambitious scheme will transform the site of the existing library into a landmark building for the area — designed as a gateway to the town and a catalyst for regeneration. The project’s key goal is to create a modern centre of learning that supports local people by addressing economic and social challenges — connecting services, raising aspirations, and improving access to education and culture.
