The Hargham Road project encompassed the construction of 48 new dwellings, providing much-needed housing options for the community. The development includes:

• 19 shared ownership properties

Project Timeline

Works commenced in August 2022, and we are delighted to share that the last four plots were handed over last week. Originally slated for completion in February 2025, we are proud to have finished the project ahead of schedule.
