Contracts Executed!
Contracts have been executed for the refurbishment of six 150 year old Alms Houses in Walpole Highway, Norfolk for Freebridge Community Housing. This project will extend the single bed bungalows into two bed units while at the same time extensively refurbishing and upgrading them to current insulation and energy standards, including the installation of Air-Source Heat Pumps, photo-voltaic panels and under-floor heating.
Oxbury are providing Project Management, Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying Services on behalf of Freebridge Community Housing and are looking forward to working with local contractor Rpbson Construction on this scheme, alongside Waite & Wallage Architects, PDC Engineering and iM2.
