The Firm

The Firm was established in 1989 and incorporated as a Limited Company in 2003. From its inception the Practice has been involved largely with public sector development – especially affordable housing in its many forms and mixed developments related to it (medical centres, retail units and the like).

The Firm also deals with a smaller number or stand-alone commercial projects.  From its Norwich Head Office and Chelmsford Branch Office, the Company acts for Clients throughout East Anglia and beyond.

Being ever aware of changing circumstances, the Firm's Directors identified from last Autumns Comprehensive Spending Review the demand for a new type of affordable housing.  So, as an adjunct to Oxbury & Company, Redbox Partnerships has been established as a wholly owned subsidiary specifically to provide services to Housing Developers.
