  • Preparing potential scheme feasibility reports
  • Preparing residual site valuations
  • Advising on open market (residential) property sales values
  • Initiating ground investigations, site surveys and enquiries of utility companies and others
  • Advising on the early appointment of consultants for preliminary input – e.g. planners, architects, engineers
  • Assisting with the preparation of “offer letters” and liaising with solicitors as required
  • Advising on future procurement, cost planning and contractual arrangements – more fully addressed under other services offered by the Firm
  • Advising on the required affordable housing element of residential schemes under Section 106 agreements
