  • Review, updating and preparation of clients’ design guides, technical and construction briefs.
  • Considering appropriate levels of design and specification relative to dwellings for rent, shared ownership and other tenures.
  • Pipeline scheme and programme management and co-ordination.
  • Acting as Client Representative/Interim Project Manager.
  • Acting as shared ownership sales co-ordinators – procuring and collating plans and documentation for the marketing and sales of dwellings.
  • Advising on achieving compliance with the HCA’s Design & Quality Standards.
  • Advising on strategies, practicalities and costs in achieving varying Levels of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
  • Preparation of aspirational and full Housing Quality Indicator (HQI) assessments, including “online” onto the HCA’s IMS Website.
  • Advising in respect of likely Section 106 planning requirements.
  • Preparing cost plans and estimates for grant applications and other purposes.
  • Advising on redevelopment opportunities including the phasing of schemes, re-housing of existing tenants and the like, including in respect of existing stock-redevelopment opportunities.
  • Liaising with Local Authority and other stakeholders as required.
  • Advising on procurement, cost planning and contractual arrangements – more fully addressed under other services offered by the Firm.
