  • Considering appropriate levels of design and specification relative to dwellings for rent, shared ownership and other tenures
  • Preparing cost plans and estimates for grant applications and other purposes
  • Advising on Housing Corporation initiatives and requirements
  • Advising on requirements to meet environmental sustainability benchmarks
  • Acting as shared ownership sales co-ordinators – procuring and collating  plans and documentation for the marketing and sale of dwellings
  • Advising on redevelopment opportunities including the phasing of schemes, re-housing of existing tenants and the like
  • Liaising with Local Authority and other stakeholders as required
  • Advising on procurement, cost planning and contractual arrangements – more fully addressed under other services offered by the Firm
