A Code Level 6 scheme consisting of 5 dwellings for Victory Housing Trust at Fakenham Road, Briston is due to start imminently following the successful competitive tender by J S Hay.
This scheme which is being built in conjunction with North Norfolk District Council and Architect Chaplin Farrant is the first phase of a two phase development.
The dwellings will be made up of 3Nr. Houses to achieve Code Level 4 and 2Nr. Bungalows to achieve Code Level 6.
The demolition of a pair of semi detached houses will take place prior to the commencement of works to the new dwellings.
Planning permission has been obtained for the second phase of the development to build four more dwellings at a later date.
