Susan holds a joint Honours Degree in Archaeology and History and joined Oxbury & Company from the Corporate Tax Department of Norwich Union where she dealt with property development within Norwich Union’s  Investment Portfolio. Susan was responsible for gathering and interpreting information relating to property transactions, preparing Tax Returns for the Group and advising NU’s property solicitors on contract clauses.

Susan has also project managed IT projects, helping to design specialist software relating to maintaining property records and tax calculations.

Since joining Oxbury & Company in 2006 Susan has been responsible for setting up the Probity and Audit Trail (PAT) Department. This involves collating contract related documents for individual schemes as are required for Audit purposes, the charging of completed properties and to enable the sale of schemes to third parties.

Susan enjoys choral singing and is Chairwoman of a local Choir, as well as gardening and needle crafts, and has an ongoing interest in her original field of archaeology and history.
