Steph joined Oxbury and Company in June 2010 and has responsibility for Human Resources.  She has worked in HR since graduating in 1996 and has experience of both the public and private sectors having worked for Boots, Aviva and the Department for Work and Pensions. 

Outside of work most of Steph’s time is spent with her two young children, but when she does get a moment to herself she is a keen runner.  Steph enjoys most outdoor pursuits and is looking forward to the day when her children are old enough to take hill-walking and rock climbing.
