Housing Quality Indicator Assessor Sean joined the firm in April 2007. He studied 3D Design at Brighton Polytechnic, and then worked as an Architectural Technician for practices in Brighton, and Norwich. He also has experience in the field of Graphics and Multimedia Design, see seanbrown.co.uk.

       
His specialist role involves assessing new housing schemes against Design and Quality Standards (HQI’s) set down by the Homes and Community Agency, in the process identifying areas to raise standards. HQI's are now the key tool of the HCA in determining   scheme quality and grant payments.

Sean has also worked for Childhood First www.childhoodfirst.org.uk, a charity dedicated to the care treatment and care of young children whose lives have been thrown off course by neglect, deprivation and abuse.
