Housing Quality Indicator Assessor Sean joined the firm in April 2007. He studied 3D Design at Brighton Polytechnic, and then worked as an Architectural Technician for practices in Brighton, and Norwich. His specialist role involves assessing new housing schemes against Design and Quality Standards (HQI’s) set down by the Housing Corporation, in the process indentifying areas to raise standards.

Sean has also worked for Childhood First www.childhoodfirst.org.uk, a charity dedicated to the care treatment and care of young children whose lives have been thrown off course by neglect, deprivation and abuse. He hopes that affordable and quality social rented housing as being currently funded though the National Affordable Housing Programme will be an important part of the overall package to help some of the children he got to know when they reach the difficult transition from 'looked after child'  to independent adult.
