Paul joined Oxbury & Company in 1997, after more than 20 years spent in the industry, in Norfolk County Council's architects department, in private practice and working for a developer.

His role includes the project management of social housing development schemes and in particular refurbishment and rehabilitation projects.

He has also been responsible for acquisition and works schemes and acquiring properties on the open market for RSLs.

A keen Norwich City fan for more than 40 years, winter Saturdays sees Paul at Carrow Road.  He also takes his work home with him, in the sense that he is currently renovating his 1930s house.
