Nick founded Oxbury & Company with Sue Howes in 1990, having previously worked for local authorities, professional quantity surveying practices, construction companies and developers.

Today he has overall responsibility for all contractual, technical and CDM related aspects of the business.

In addition, he carries the commercial responsibilities associated with the role of Chairman & Joint Managing Director of the company.

Nick has taken his professional skills home, having recently completed the renovation of a 17th Century Norfolk house, which he shares with his wife and their black labrador.  A keen scuba diver, he also 'sadly admits' to being an ardent Norwich City supporter.
