Joanne has been at the firm since 2002, before which she worked at John Laing Construction.

She is responsible for the progression of schemes achieving funding or to be progressed grant free, to complete site acquisitions, achieve planning permissions and the like, in readiness for passing to project teams for tendering and scheme delivery.  She is also responsible for academic and vocational staff training.  Additionally, she has the general responsibilities of a Board Director.

Joanne's main passion outside the office is netball, and she plays for teams in the Ipswich and Norwich leagues.  Staying active, she also loves hill walking in the Peak and Lake Districts.
 
An active member of the community where she lives, Joanne also does a regular volunteer shift in the local village shop.
