Joanna joined in August 2007 as one of two receptionists at the Norwich office, working mainly in the afternoons. 

She was previously a receptionist for Land Rover in Cornwall, prior to which she spent 17 years living and working in the Netherlands as a translator.

Joanna likes all creative crafts, and makes cards and invitations, as well as graphics for websites and forums.  She likes to read, mainly doorstep-sized epic fantasy novels, and her taste in music leans towards rock music of the seventies.

Unusually, Joanna dislikes the sunshine, and says she wishes it was Christmas all year round!
