James has been with Oxbury & Company since leaving college in 1996, and is responsible for the firm's response to, and implementation of, innovations in housing - sustainability, Modern Methods of Construction and the like.

He also oversees the procedures, protocols and training required to achieve the services of the practice.

Outside the office, James is very active, enjoying scuba diving both in the UK and abroad, skiing and mountaineering.
