Aside from the Firm's founders - Elaine is the longest serving member of staff and has been with Oxbury & Company since 1994 - having joined as a Secretary, straight from college.

Elaine now works as a Shared Ownership Coordinator within the Client Services Team.  Her role involves maintaining a close working relationship with Client Housing Associations to ensure that all required documentation and Land Registry approved transfer plans are put in place, at the right time, enabling marking and shared ownership plot sales to progress as soon as possible.

Elaine loves to spend time with her family, especially son Thomas, and is a keen cook - cakes a speciality!.  When she has time, Elaine also enjoys the theatre, cinema, and eating out.
