Dave joined in 2007 with 35 years experience in the housing industry, both in the management of housing improvement and repair with a Local Authority, and in all aspects of house building from inception to completion with a private house builder.  He qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1967.

His role at Oxbury & Company involves quality control and cost analysis forecasting to ensure accurate estimating, and preparation of scheme estimates for clients.

A once able, but now a veteran (by his own admission) squash player and small boat sailor, he is fast becoming a keep fit enthusiast (at least he thinks he is!), also enjoying reading, gardening and family.
