Chelmer Housing Partnership - Office Extension

Extension works to Chelmer Housing Partnership’s offices at Chelmsford Business Park have recently been concluded.  Chelmer Housing Partnership is one of the largest Housing Associations operating in the Chelmsford area and was looking to increase its office capacity.  Additional land with Planning Permission for an extension had been bought at the time of Chelmer’s move to the Business Park.

Mark Watts was the lead Project Manager for Oxbury & Company and the main Contract was negotiated with R G Carter of Colchester due to their existing knowledge of the site, having built out the other offices located on the business park.

The extension provides an additional approximate 400m² of accommodation sufficient for a further 25 staff and is arranged over two floors, with open plan office accommodation on the first floor and separate offices and a Board Room on the ground floor.

The Contract period was 22 weeks and the project was completed mid June 2009.
